User Profile & Preferences

Each user can manage their personal information, account memberships, and display settings.

Profile​

The Profile tab allows you to update:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Password

Avatar​

You can upload an avatar:

  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP
  • Max size: 2MB

Changing Password​

  • Enter a new password
  • Confirm the password
  • Click Save

Memberships​

The Memberships tab shows all accounts you belong to.

You can:

  • View your role per account
  • Leave accounts (if permitted)
  • Accept invitations

Pending Invitations​

If you have been invited to an account, it will appear here.

Preferences​

The Preferences tab controls how data is displayed.

Settings​

  • Date format (e.g. MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Time format (12-hour or 24-hour)
  • Timezone

These settings affect how timestamps appear across:

  • Dashboard
  • Incidents
  • Logs
  • Alerts

Tips​

  • Set your timezone for accurate incident tracking
  • Use 24-hour format for operational clarity
  • Keep your email up to date for alerts
